Dr. Julia Stiebritz-Banischewski has been working as a Research Support Consultant at the Research Support Services of TU Dortmund University since May 2022. Her area of work includes the Grants Office as well as strategic projects and research-related analyses.

Julia Stiebritz-Banischewski studied German and English language and literature at the University of Siegen and subsequently earned her doctorate in Medieval German Studies. She worked as a research assistant at the University of Cologne and the University of Münster. In the course of intensive collaboration in a wide variety of third-party funded projects, such as a DAAD-funded German Studies Institute partnership ("Diversifying German Studies") between the Universities of Cologne, Berkeley, Tucson and Yale (USA), she was able to gain valuable experiences in the acquisition of third-party funding as well as in project management.
