Heike Wulfert has headed the Office of Research Support Services since March 2023. Prior to that, she worked in the Grants Services, which she helped to establish and has headed since 2019.

Heike Wulfert has many years of experience in research management. From 2005 to 2011, she headed the office of the "Wissenschaftsforum Ruhr e.V. - Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Forschungsinstitute im Ruhrgebiet e.V." at KWI Essen and then worked for six years as a research and transfer manager at Hochschule Ruhr West - University of Applied Sciences before moving to TU Dortmund University. She studied and did her doctorate at the Department of Spatial Planning at TU Dortmund University.

Bettina von Döllen has been working as an assistant in the Research Support Services since November 2021.

After training as a European secretary, she worked in various large industrial companies such as Glunz AG, Deutsche Telekom AG, and most recently at Infineon Technologies Bipolar GmbH & Co. KG.
