In this workshop you will learn how to plan scientific projects. This includes monitoring and controlling the project as well as managing the scientific objectives and your own project team.
But also strategic planning as well as planning of the daily work is discussed, just like the structuring of work and workplace. By getting to know and applying different time and resource management tools, you will learn how to increase the efficient use of resources and facilitate synergy effects, not least to improve teamwork.
Risk and output management and communication in scientific projects are further topics of the workshop. In the course of the workshop, you will also receive information about the non-university job market and about entry opportunities for graduates with a doctorate.
