Have you ever asked yourself how the decision-making process in Brussels works? And if there is a way to get your voice heard or to provide input to research programmes such as Horizon Europe? And have you ever wondered how to go about contacting the right people with your research results and your ideas?

The online workshop offered by the Heinrich-Heine University is targeted at researchers at postdoctoral level from all disciplines.

Speakers from the ‘EU Liaison Office of the German Research Organisations’ (KoWi) based in Brussels, the charity ‘Sense about Science’ and the EU Parliament are invited to provide information on the decision-making structures in Brussels, how you as a researcher can get involved and why it matters for you and your research career. There will also be ample time for questions and discussions with the speakers.

The event will be held in English.
